C & R Engineering began as a family business in 1989 and have since grown into Manawatū’s leading structural steel specialists, delivering commercial builds, seismic strengthening, and custom steelwork across Manawatū and the central and lower North Island. With a simple logo, they had already established themselves as a trusted name in the industry. As their projects and reputation continued to grow, they approached us to elevate their identity and confidently step into the next phase of the business.
We created a brand from the ground up, starting with a new logo that reflects their longevity and experience. A refreshed colour palette was developed to modernise the brand while paying homage to their heritage by retaining their signature gold. We also introduced a custom pattern, clean typography, and iconography to represent both their commercial and residential service offerings.
To support the rollout of the new brand, we designed a suite of core collateral including business cards, email signatures, and letterhead — setting a strong foundation for the next stage of their brand and digital presence.
